I love this company's designs so much their new keyboards and their new x mouse are a must in my opinion I won't be going back to anything else their speakers sound amazing and are so fun to customise you won't be sorry buying from this company I have so many of there products its crazy also join their discord page! see you over there!

The buds sit nicely in your ear and have a noise cancelling mode and a normal mode which was really cool to find. Both of the buds have the same controls which was strange for me but other times handy. The sound quality is mint. The noise cancelling is odd as everything sounds like a echoing whisper but they sound great and feel great.

I am currently awaiting the dispatch of my order and have yet to receive any responses to my inquiries regarding its delivery time. A lesson I've learned from customer service is the critical importance of maintaining customer communication. Please provide us with updates on the status of our order or, if it is a pre-order, inform us of this prior to our purchase. Update: I've been told my order will ship tomorrow so I will confirm this here if it does thanks. Also if you can message me directly showing me where it states my order is a pre order because it says no such thing as I have done a search for those words during the order process and nothing comes up. Thanks Update: Following the package's arrival, I've conducted a thorough assessment of the mouse, and its aesthetic design is exceptional. GravaStar's commitment to visually striking product design is evident. I'm revising my rating to a 4 out of 5, contingent upon improved communication. Customer satisfaction hinges on not just the final product but consistent and timely updates regarding order status, mitigating the impact of customer dissatisfaction. I will most likely order again in the future.

Review Update: I don't write reviews very often, nor do I complain about much. But as a small business owner myself, communication is key even if you are having issues under any circumstances. Customers would much rather hear, "hey we're having issues and your order is delayed" vs no response at all. Especially for first time customers. After my review, not only did the Gravastar respond here, but soon after emailed me directly and fulfilled my order. The products look like quality products. Response time and delivery was prompt after the delay. So I appreciate the efforts in correcting the issue and why I wanted to update this review. The 4 stars is simply because of the issue, not because of the products. ---- Like other complaints, I placed an order for 4 items on Dec 20 and have not received any communication from the company other than the original purchase confirmation. I've emailed them several times to both their hy@ and services@ emails. Plus another contact attempt through their contact form on their site. I can understand holiday times and growing pains, but come on, at least respond to your customers.

The website is easy to use and descriptive with enough photos of the products to know what you're getting. The products themselves are fantastic and I don't regret purchasing everything I purchased (it was a lot). The only reason I subtracted 1 star was due to shipping and shipping updates. The S&R dept could use some me help as we were left in the dark for sometime on when the products were shipping. Otherwise, I love this brand now and will definitely buy again when new products I didn't purchase this time are released.

I love my mercury mouse it’s one of the ones that’s lasted me a while already lot more then my others and is so light and I love the customizable ui you can use for the colors macros and other features it has

Mercury k1 pro cyberpunk edition well received and it's an incredible experience, tha packaging is very strong and the product himself just perfect you feel it's there for longtime!! It'll be 5 stars if the keyboard was available in azerty but don't hesitate 1 second on the quality of product. Also, the client service is good, fast and professional response. Thank you gravastar ♥️

edit: After a long wait, Gravastar was able to provide me with quick and excellent help. The K1 order was canceled, and I received a 50% discount on the mouse. I am very satisfied. The long wait for a response was probably due to holidays in the support team. Today i received an answer wihin 20min :) I preordered the k1 pro special edition and the M1 pro. After few days I noticed the keyboard isn't the right layout and I'm not easily able to switch the keys for my layout so I asked for a cancel of the pre-order, this was on the 30.09.24. I received the mouse a few days later. I tested it out and for myself I really didn't like the size and comfort of the mouse. So I wanted to return it. They asked me for my reason which i gave them, a week ago. No response. No Confirmation for the cancellation for the keyboard. Nothing. On the website they say that they will respond 1 Business day later. It's more like 4-5 when you are lucky. I will wait another 1-2 days but if they don't answer I will open a conflict on PayPal. I don't see another option.
