Very fast shipment and quality equipment

The fact that you all were actually honest about the polling rate for your mouse and keyboards. I learned some of the American brands here in the United States are actually quite bad for lying about those numbers just to push more sales ( like Corsair for example) which is extremely annoying especially when they try and charge prices close to yours for completely subpar peripherals.

The package didn’t take long to arrive, around 4–5 days, and it arrived completely intact with no damage at all. Gravastar is honestly really good at what they do and what they create.

Overall first few days of use I really enjoy the sound and quality of how the keyboard is. This is my 3rd time purchasing from Gravastar and it never let me down yet. The updates on firmware could be a bit better and less finnicky in terms. Its simple to setup and its guarantee to last you for a pretty long time. One thing that I have to mention is that if anyone else has a 4k dongle or cord there is a bit of wear and tear from it and the dongle being loosely attached after charging and swapping out into bt or 4k polling. I think if they made matching colors for the dongle and upgraded the cord that it would last past a year depending on the user.

Edited: "Great quality of items. I have had only two issues. 1 was with shipping of me order it has been over a week and it has not shipped even though on there site they claim 1-2 day shipping. The other issue is with the earbuds the issue I have is that they split into two different bluetooth devices. The right and left have stopped functioning together and the factory reset on the case is not working. I do like there products but they can be pricey but you do get pretty high grade items." This was my previous statement but they reached out and said it was a stocking error and they even told me when the next shipment would arrive at there warehouse. I am sure that gravastar would be an amazing help with my earbuds but I have decided to not reset them because I can use them with 2 different devices at once. I love the products that I have bought from then and will most likely be buying more in the future.

Serious some of the best and highest quality products I’ve ever used, and iv used everything from Corsair to Logitech. Plus I really love the high-sci-fi look to their products!!
