I'm not one to judge a company by their shipping, its a small company, slow shipping is gonna when you're ordering from their site, especially when a big pre-order event is going on. I don't mind. Every product I have bought from Gravastar has been extremely high quality and has lasted me a long time. You get what you order, and that's all I care about.

I can say that the quality of the keyboards is definitely worth the price, both the keyboard for myself and the keyboard my partner got have been phenomenal, and the connectivity is brisk without any noticeable lag (for reference I am using Bluetooth connectivity, my partner is using the wireless dongle - which he is also pleased with). The customer service reps were by and large very fast to respond with issues - which there were from the shipping side of things. There was a delay of about 2 weeks from ordering to ship time, but they offered an additional discount for my troubles, which I feel is fair. Now that I have my keyboard (their K1-Lite) I can say it was worth the wait. Good company, and be patient as they WILL get you your product as fast as they can!

I ordered my M1 Pro via Amazon, I love the product. It feels good and has a really cool look. Software is easy to use and reliable, battery life is excellent. I recently contacted the support team bc I broke the charging cord for my mouse, totally my fault. But I couldn’t find a cord that felt as nice and was the right color, there isn’t a way to purchase that specific cord on the website. However the team agreed to send me one basically just for shipping cost. Looking forward to enjoying this product for years to come.
