Mercury K1 Pro Special Edition - Cyberpunk It took 20 days to receive, but it was absolutely worth the wait! This keyboard is unique, with an amazing design, top-notch quality, and exceptional materials. The futuristic style gives it a very professional feel. However, customer service was not very responsive to my emails. They did eventually get back to me with a shipment update, but it took some time. Overall, I highly recommend this keyboard—100%! I’ll definitely be buying more products from them in the future. Hopefully, the shipping won't take as long next time.

Customer service was great in assisting me with my order and looking for the tracking number. They corresponded well and were professional. The product itself is amazing one of a kind quality speaker

I ordered a device that i would not have been able to utilize as it was specific to hardware type. Instead of sending and having me figuring out the hard way i recieved an e-mail asking how to handle. Not only was i able to cancel the order of wrong device but they even let me switch the mouse i ordered to a new model that wasnt avialable at the time i originally ordered. Basically super helpful and responsive. I work IT customer service so i can appreciate great service when i see it. You are all amazing and thanks.

this is a great product and my son enjoys his new mouse!

I really like your cool products!

Fast delivery! Great product! Worth the $$$

The company has become my favorite with the best designs and the highest level in peripherals.

The customer service was exceptional, even during a significant delay. They promptly addressed my questions, and once the keyboard arrived at the warehouse, it was shipped and delivered within three days. The keyboard itself is fantastic! I purchased the K1 Pro Cyberpunk Edition, and it has a marbly thocky sound profile that’s incredibly satisfying. Its alien-esque design adds a unique, futuristic touch that perfectly complements my space-themed setup. The individually addressable LEDs allow for endless customization, making it easy to create stunning lighting effects that elevate the entire aesthetic. The aluminum alloy top plate gives it a satisfying, weighted feel, enhancing its overall quality. Highly recommend!
