The keyboard is excellent and feels like it’s made from premium materials. However, the road to actually receiving it was a major headache. UPS completely lost my original shipment, and as a result, I ended up waiting nearly a month from the time of ordering until the keyboard finally arrived. Tracking updates abruptly stopped, and when I contacted UPS, they couldn’t even confirm the last known location of the package. This wasn’t my first headache caused by UPS either. Honestly, the level of incompetence they display is astonishing. For such a large logistics company, their handling of shipments and deliveries (at least here in Europe) is a joke. They seem entirely unaccountable and disorganized. Thankfully, the Gravastar support team was the complete opposite. They were incredibly helpful, always responded within hours, and once the situation became clear, they re-shipped the keyboard (this time using DHL, which, unlike UPS, delivered the package reliably and on time) So here’s my recommendation to Gravastar: drop UPS if you can, because what they’re doing is simply not acceptable.
