This is the 2nd customer survey (related to my 2nd purchase). The initial was not in the +ve NPS range because post a week after the purchase I still had not received an order shipping update. However I sent an email to customer service and it was responded to with 24hrs. Then I got immediate notification my order had shipped and within 36 hours it had been delivered. The fact that additionally you keep on reaching out for post sale feedback is reassuring and, will keep me coming back as a customer. Thank you.

Keyboards and mouses are amazing quality and additionally with great, unique design (I haven't tried another products). Returning customers are getting discounts. And I really appreciate this good quality, as when ordering something online it is a lottery in current times - it is super easy to buy some cheap and extremely poor quality chinese fakes with now way to get the money back.

I bought the Sirius pro nearly 3 years ago and lasted this whole time. Would still be functional if I hadn't crushed one of the earphones. New Sirius plus has improved latch mechanism and sound cancelling/transparent mode that works a like a charm. Looking forward to hopefully another 2 or 3 years of use from the new model.
