I had some issues. Customer service responded to me within a few hours of my request for assistance. I'm up and running, the keyboard is just beautiful and the keys are so soft and responsive. I love it.

Amazing staff. I ordered keyboard from there main website to which im charged a hefty fee but then i informed them i can get it much cheaper in Canada amazon as prime day was going on. Though i received the package they let me keep the keyboard with prime day price + made a full refund of the hefty delivery fee. Epic keyboard. Thank you
