Had my Mars pro for three years won't charge or turn on apparently they don't keep parts for repair, according to Reddit it's been a known issue for years.... Hundreds of people have had the same problem, and had the same response, some people only after a couple of months..... It's now a very expensive paperweight..... Edit... Google Gravastar mars pro problems Reddit.... There are thread after thread.....and the first issues appeared 4 years ago, yet nothing was done until the mk2... I have to say the biggest complaint is customer service and aftercare..... Google it....

Das erste Bundle mit Maus und Tastatur was bestellt wurde per Express befand sich 1 Woche in nicht bearbeitet zustand und obwohl per Paypal Bezahlt hies es dann es gäbe ein Problem mit der Kreditkarten Abrechnung. Der Support hilft 0 und schreibt immer dieselben holen nichts bedeutenden Sachen. Danach gab es einen Fehler im Lager. Letztendlich kam das Bundle viel zu spät und Erstattung der Expressgebühr gab es nicht. Vor 1 Woche erneut eine Tastatur für meinen Mann bestellt per Express Versand. Auf der Website wird der sofortige Versand innerhalb Deutschlands Beworben. Natürlich wurde das nichts. Support angeschrieben keine Antwort. Negativ Bewertung Boom oh wunder Antwort. Der Support ist mehr als unfähig da immer dieselben Nachrichten wohl anscheinend eher 'ne KI als Mensch und gekümmert wird sich um gar nichts. Ist ein reines Kunden verachtendes Verhalten. Für die erste Bestellung gab es keine Rückerstattung der Expressgebühr. Fazit Schöne Tastaturen richtig Schlechtes und Kunden verachtendes Unternehmen. Es wird sich um nichts Gekümmert, haltlose Versprechen gemacht die nicht gehalten werden, Geld nicht der Kunde zählt. Software die Tastaturen nicht erkennt und Erstattung bekommt man auch nicht. Wer auf Ärger Stress und Frust steht hier bestellen, wer Spielen will, sollte sein Geld in andere Unternehmen stecken.

2 Mal dort bestellt einmal ein Bundle mit Maus und Tastatur. Express bezahlt und 14 Tage gewartet bis es ankam. 2. Mal nur Tastatur vor ein paar Tagen bestellt per Express Versand erneut und 2 Tage bis die Bestellung bearbeitet wurde.3 Tage mittlerweile steht bei DHL die Sendung wurde Elektronisch angekündigt aber nichts weiter. Die 9 Euro für den Expressversand wurden nie erstattet. Auf der Website wird mit sofortigem Versand geworden. Wer sich veraschen lassen will ist hier gold richtig!!!!! Aktualisierung Der Support meldete sich nicht auf meine Nachricht aber auf die Negativbewertung.Es wurde der Sofortige versandt angepriesen was nicht geschehen ist.Sendungsname: DAZ Lager & Logistik GmbH Sendungsnummer: Die Sendung wurde elektronisch angekündigt. Des Weiteren wurde man aufgefordert für die Erstattung der Expressgebühr die Negativbewertung zu löschen. Nach dem Strafgesetzbuch ist das Erschleichung und Betrug Geld für den Express Versand zu kassieren und diesen nicht durchzuführen und das Geld nicht zu erstatten. Angeblich Fehler der Lager Mitarbeiter. Normal müsste jemand das Teil als Entschuldigung persönlich Vorbeibringen oder aus Kolans sagen eh unsere Kunden sind uns wichtig wir haben einen Fehler gemacht hier is die Tastatur und eh für die Unannehmlichkeiten kriegst den vollen Kaufpreis zurück oder zahlst nur 50%

150 euros for a keyboard that is garbage, the software that they recommend to use basically bricks the keyboards, and customer support doesnt help. The usb dongle is also laggy making wireless connections difficult

This is regarding Order #GR96476 Issues with 4k polling dongle which disconnects after 5 seconds of use rendering the wireless feature completely useless. After chatting with them via their site and customer email we ran through all the diagnostics and was made to pay $10 to get a new dongle shipped, was told it was being shipped the same day i paid the $10. A month later no dongle so i reached back out to them and was told that the dongle will be shipped after providing the SN... So a whole month and nothing was being done. and the countless emails before hand they couldnt ask for the SN??? Ive been using the mouse wired (M1) for the last month which is terrible for gaming. Im really disappointed in these guys and would love to say the products are good but after all of this it has left a bad taste in my mouth about Gravastar as a whole.

TLDR: Their web based software has a dowload link with a trojan horse virus in it, within settings. FULL CONTEXT: So after a tumultuous time getting a shipping label and a refund issued for a product i wanted to return, i have settled in with my keyboard and mouse, (bought the keyboard on marketplace brand new and the mouse i got from them v75 pro neon graff, and the matching 8k mouse) and i enjoy the quality and look of the products, but at this point i cant in good conscience give them a good rating after what i JUST experienced on their web based software for customizing the keyboard. i went to download the app that it says allows me to update the firmware, and my computer blocked the app when a virus was detected, these fools tried to embed a trojan horse in the file, i wont be purchasing anything from this company again.

Me and my girlfiend received two different pairs of GravaStar headphones as gifts (Sirius PRO P9). While the design is incredibly unique, the hardware quality is unacceptable. On both units, the batteries completely failed after minimal use, and now hold a charge for less than 5 minutes tops. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed the units are completely sealed and cannot be repaired. However, because these were gifts and I don't have the original order number, GravaStar refused to honor a warranty replacement—even though I provided the physical serial numbers proving they are authentic products. If you buy these, know that you are buying a disposable product. If the battery dies, or if you receive it as a gift, customer service will just offer you a discount code to spend more money on another faulty unit. Buyer beware. UPDATE! after the company’s public reply: I contacted GravaStar again exactly as requested and referenced this Trustpilot review. Unfortunately, despite the public statement about “reviewing the case” and “finding a better way forward,” the final outcome remained unchanged. The headphones still cannot be repaired because the units are sealed and no replacement batteries exist. Although I provided authentic serial-numbered products, GravaStar again refused warranty replacement because the headphones were gifts and I do not have the original order number. So to clarify for future buyers: the public response did not result in any actual resolution, exception, or replacement offer beyond another discount code to purchase a new unit. The design is great. The battery reliability and warranty support were not.

Spent over a month waiting for them to respond to my husbands order. They have terrible customer service. Better off spending money elsewhere
