Good build Quality
Good build Quality overall, Keyboard has a really good feel while typing. I'm not sure about key caps style tough - letters are not as clear and "precise" as i like but that's just my taste probably. I would like more key caps styles to be available. BT speaker is awesome i like the looks and sound is especially impressive for small speaker like that.

I absolutely love the Gravastar UFO…
I absolutely love the Gravastar UFO switches I purchased. I have them in purple and white now, and they over deliver on the promise of great sound, function, and stem wobble. My advice would be to make them easier to navigate to and more forward facing on your website.

Availability Patch
Phone shop needs the same estimated ship time as PC, I bought the opalescent on phone and it did not say it was out of stock.

I bought earbuds in December of this…
I bought earbuds in December of this year, and they started having some problems to the point where I could not use them anymore, I contacted customer service and got an answer quickly. I am grateful for their reactivity and attention to the problem; responses to my messages never took more than a day. I love those earbuds, they are lightweight as well as pretty, and the noise cancelling they provide is a godsent for someone who gets overstimulated quickly. Thanks again to the Gravastar team.

The customer service 10 of 10 but shipping…
The customer service 10 of 10 and they solve your problems super good and quick but the shipping process supeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer slow but their keyboards are 10 of 10 I get one before and it was good but I haven get the one I ordered some time ago but I bet is gonna be same as good

The product is great
The product is great however it would be nice to allow customers to be able to select a shipping service as each service can have problematic areas where people might prefer one over others even if there is an increased cost associated.

Update after my original review
Initially, I had a very frustrating experience because my package was marked as delivered but never arrived, and communication from support was very slow. There was a lot of back-and-forth emailing and waiting throughout the process. However, to be fair, the GravaStar customer service team eventually contacted me and arranged a replacement shipment. I have now successfully received the replacement package, and everything arrived safely and in good condition. I still believe the communication and support process during lost-package situations could be improved, but I appreciate that the company ultimately took responsibility and resolved the issue.
