Misleading and poor customer service
Very misleading. I ordered the K1 Cyberpunk edition through the shop app back in November and it was never stated that this was a pre-order. I emailed customer support and received a response every two weeks sometimes not at all. As a first time customer this broke my trust in them completely. Will not be buying from then in the future.

Hi William, Our K1 Pro Cyberpunk has been never sell in stock, all of them are pre-order because of the limited supply and production. The info is in the product description. Order# GR64625 Late & No follow up
Iplaced order# GR64625 back on January 3rd 2025. As of today, no information on progress. I, as others have, tried the service email and hy email and have not received any response. I get that holidays can cause delays, but they should have communicated that with us. I have the M1 mouse and love it. I was hoping to add the cyberpunk keyboard, but the more I read the more I am becoming concerned I will not be receiving the product I paid for.

Sketchy company.
I placed an order with Gravastar for the M1 mouse, and the K1 keyboard. 3 days later they canceled my order, and didn't let me know as to why. I will not be buying a single product from Gravastar, and I recommend anyone eating this does the same.

Almost three weeks and no feedback.
I ordered the Mercury K1 Pro Cyberpunk Keyboard on December 24th and it has said “preparing shipment” ever since the day I placed the order. I tried emailing them which was left (not surprisingly) unanswered. I tried again and sent another email two days later located on their customer service page on their website. Again, no answer. I’m at a loss, I truly don’t even know if my order was processed. I’ve never had poor customer service like this, which upsets me to no end considering that this was a gift and was time sensitive. I wholeheartedly understand that it’s hard during the holiday time but it has been well past that… Any feedback or answer would be appreciated at this point. My order number is #GR63479, please help your paying customers.

No Order Delivery or Communication
Same situation here. I placed my order for the K1 Cyberpunk keyboard and mouse on December 24th, but I haven't received any confirmation of delivery. I've tried contacting them via phone and email, but both the numbers on their website and Facebook page are disconnected. I haven't received any email response in over two weeks, which leads me to believe this might be a scam. I have no choice but to contact my credit card bank to dispute the charge.

Never received what I ordered
Ordered the K1 Cyberpunk keyboard on December 15th and the shipping label was created on December 26th. Finally received the package on January 9th and the box was empty. You could tell because of how light it is. Complete scam! Spent $170 on a keyboard and didn’t receive product! Don’t order anything from them! Also never received any response on emails or on their discord. I want what I ordered or a refund on the product! I’ll buy from someone else!

CUSTOMERS ARE NOT A PRIORITY TO THEM!
I HAVE EMAILED 4 TIMES AND EVEN SENT A FACEBOOK MESSAGE. MY ORDER: GR60556 HAS NOT YET SHIPPED NOR HAVE I RECEIVED IT. I ORDERED IT ON 12/2/24. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY HUSBAND'S CHRISTMAS PRESENT. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY.

No Shipping
I ordered the M1 gradient black mouse on December 22nd and still haven’t received any shipment details. I emailed them on December 31st and on January 3rd and have not received any response. This company feels like a scam. If there is someone from Gravastar that can help my order number is #GR63269.
