First of all, I love the red wine. Waiting on my third shipment and found out it is held up at customs. Customer service is top notch, very quick to get back with me.

I appreciate the quick response on the reasoning behind the delay. I have my order dropped at the local UPS store and I didnt want to miss the pickup before it was sent back. Also appreciate the discount for the wait. Thanks again Gratsi!!

I need to cancel the order as no longer want to receive. There is no way to cancel - I did not subscribe. Your web site has NO place to cancel. I am not interested in getting subscription I WANT CANCEL the order I placed. Please help my.I have the right to cancel at least abide my wish. Gratsi Wine is my go-to now. I love the taste, the fact that is has NO SUGAR AND NO ADDITIVES is a healthy benefit. The company is so easy to work with if changes need to be made to your order. I recommend GRATSI !!!!

Was very quick on getting back to me. Thank you. This wine lives up to all that it advertises. The only thing that I know that I do is I let it air for a few minutes before I start drinking it, but I love the feeling and the absolutely no hangover or anything close to it.
