It a lovely easy drinking red, even better when chilled!!!

My first subscription box of three containers of wine was damaged. I contacted customer support and Jheelynn contacted me immediately. She was so courteous and requested pictures. After I furnished them she immediately requested a replacement order. Your customer service is superb and that’s what customers appreciate. Thank you

What a great find! I ordered the sample pack and it arrived with 2 small bottles of each, really cute glasses for sipping and a pamphlet book of knowledge about the wines and customs. We loved them all and will be purchasing more. The ingredients truly matter to me as I eat very clean and do not eat sugar due to the effects. They pair great with out meals and will be my go to moving forward.

I have been ordering from Gratsi for at least two or three years I believe at this point in fact it could be longer… I have tried their white, their red and their rosé… All are absolutely fantastic, but my favorite is the rosé. Their customer service is beyond any other! I was ordering monthly and then finally decided to subscribe and save. All of my friends thoroughly enjoy it.

We were traveling when our shipment was due to arrive. I emailed Customer Service to change the shipment to my local UPS store. Within hours the change was made and I got a confirmatory email. Indeed the wine was waiting at UPS when I got back in town. Thanks for great wine and great service!

I have tried Gratsi after seeing their sugar free wines on Instagram…after purchasing a sample pack, I bought a box of rose for summertime and it was great for sharing at the beach! I bought the same box again for a girls weekend, and the wine had oxidized and tasted vinegary. Upon reaching out to Gratsi they very quickly responded and refunded the purchase! I was extremely happy with the customer service, and will continue to purchase their wines!

Your website is very confusing. The automatic subscriptions are hard to cancel. We refereed people and have not seen anything from Gratis. Phone support would be helpful. Do you have a store to buy the wine from. Delivery is frustrating as trying to be home to sign for the wine is difficult. It hasn't been right very often.
