I’m a 66 year old woman residing alone in my home. On Sunday March 15 th a huge limb fell on my roof. I was so stressed and upset and unsure of what to do. He reassured me that everything was going to be fine and guided me through the process with confidence and ease. He has continued to stay in contact with me making sure I am informed about everything as it is happening. I am so thankful for Michael. I was very impressed by the way Grange handled my claims. It involved home and auto. The adjusters for all three areas contacted me right away to get everything moving and taken care of. I tend to take my sweet time on things so having people that are on the ball really helped move things forward for me. I really appreciated my house adjuster Ryan working around my schedule so that I could be here during his inspection.

Ryan Walker was on time and took a genuine interest in our claim for the storm damage to our house. Ryan was polite and professional, and it was a pleasure to deal with him.
