Granero MovingReviews of graneromoving.com

I apreciate the quality of service provide by your organization, you make possible for all my family and my self to have save and good shape all our belongings some of them (treasures from ancestors) The constant comunication to me detailing the progress of delivery give the confidence I express today with the particular thanks to Patricia Martins celebrating her professionalismo. Thank you again, Angel B Navarro

Our initial contact with the front end Sales - Valeria - was excellent! She was very informative and kept us informed. Then! We were handed over to the moving part of the company! They had us scheduled to be packed up (an International move from Colorado to Italy) and they “forgot” to schedule our pack up date, but, found another company to do the packing. They were great! This was at the end of October 2921! To cut this long story short, our container just “ missed the boat”!!! We were not informed, and only when I contacted the CEO, Robson, did I get a response back that Rogerio was in training (for over a week?!) our container should have left In March 15th and we were not given any status update. Our International shipper sent an email update request a week ago, and to my knowledge, had not had a response back! In the meantime we have paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in storage fees!!! BEWARE!!!! Our experience (other than the packers who were a sub) had been DREADFUL!!!!

Everything was very good! On time! Patricia Martins e excelente! Me orientou com muito carinho e paciência do começo até a chegada da mercadoria! Muito obrigada toda a equipe da Graneiro!!

We had a great experience with Granero Moving. All our furniture and boxes arrived as planned and no items were missing. We just had an issue with a damaged office chair but luckily we had it covered by the insurance.
