Bought a couch from the store in Wise Virginia and within seven months the entire frame broke. My daughter's boyfriend got stabbed by a piece of wood sticking out. Very poorly made sofa!! I have emailed the company twice and no response. I called the store where I purchased the couch and they said that I bought it "as is". However, the lady I talked to said she would speak to her manager. She called me back and said they will send someone out to look at it. I really hope they fix it because the sofa has not been abused in any way.

Still waiting for a part for our sectional sofa. Took a month and a half for someone to come and "add a bolt" only to find out the entire bracket is missing. Still have not heard anything from them. I will not be buying anything from them in the future. Deeply Disappointed.

Bought 2 couches and a recliner. Leather is coming off. I believe I was sold this furniture as true leather and it turned out to be some kind of blend

On delivery I noticed a problem with item and asked driver to turn it over so I could inspect. Driver said he didn't need an attitude. Was very rude and had a negative tone. I called and complained and was told "That's one of are better drivers". Sure would hate to see the bad ones!

I recently moved into a new home. We needed a new couch, so I went to Grand to purchase one. I was in a bit of a hurry as my belongings were in a moving truck. Unsure of the best way to pay for my purchase, the salesperson told me that I could finance for 90 days, and that would be the same as cash. That worked for me as my other option was to put it on my credit card. I called on the day that my first payment was due, to PAY MY ACCOUNT IN FULL, and they had added 12% on the cost of my couch! They intentionally lied to me. SCAM. I have three rooms still to furnish and you can be assured I will be shopping elsewhere.

Didn't tell me that when I bought a bed that if I didn't like it I could return it but would be stuck with the box springs. I paid over 3,000 dollars for the bed, got back 249.00. I hope Grand enjoys because I'll never buy from them again.

Salesman looked up original price for us on a chair and told us the highest it was listed was in the $300s and the price tag said was $739!! Los Angeles is suing stores for this practice right now!!!!

The overall buying experience was horrible but I am satisfied with the product also I will not recommend the store to anyone because of the workers and buying experience
