Great experience with many years of support. 3rd party billing has its drawbacks, but works. Delivery personal are outstanding and will take care of your every need. Store location and parking is also very good. My wife and I would recommend this location to our friends without reservation. Karin, and other staff members including office management is very helpful. I've had two issues with a protection plan I took on a couch as well as an end table, but it was a 3rd party issue problem and not a direct issue with Grand Furniture.

I had a great experience with the Lewisburg store and would recommend it to my friends. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and everything happened just as explained.

Dan was an excellent salesman. I enjoyed working with him. The finance department was also a breeze. The only concern I have is the fact that it takes so very long to get a chair covered in another pattern. It takes way too long. Dan is going to check on the status of that order today (10/19). Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend others to deal with him.

My next purchase will also be from Grands!!

I traveled an hour to shop at Grand for my first furniture purchase, planning to completely furnish a living room. I stopped by the Tanglewood store and was disappointed in the customer service. I was not greeted upon arrival and was passed by 3 employees, none of which asked if I needed assistance. I chose to leave but headed to the Valley View location. I was greeted immediately as I walked in by a very knowledgable employee, Scott Hancock, who was not only enthusiastic about his job but interested in my business. He provided me with the information I needed to find the right furniture for me. I believe Scott, along with the entire group of staff I encountered today at Valley View, went above and beyond with customer service even during a busy day.

Sales personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. The delivery personnel were also extremely friendly and courteous.

Salesman was very friendly, staff during checkout was wonderful, always love the front door service of popcorn and coke. Our merchandise was in stock for immediate pick-up. We drove away very happy.
