My husband and I buy a lot of furniture from Grand we bought a bed set back in Nov 2013 and did not start using until September 2014 when we got married and moved into our new home. The bed broke twice when I was moving it to clean under. The first time grand gave us a replacement and then it broke again. We decided to go ahead and use our Guardsman the second time but the warranty only covered the bed which was cheaply made. We decided to search for a new bed and none of the Grand stores carried the color that matched our set from before. So we had to go purchase a new set just to have everything match. The Winchester store did give us 10% off everything but it still costs over $1600. So we were disappointed and not very happy customers since we couldn't help the store didn't carry the color bed we needed.

I had to wait a few more weeks than the sales person said it would be. Also the couch(loveseat is going to take another few weeks) needed adjusted and the delivery man didn't address it but when I called the store they were firendly and said they will have someone call in a few days to come and adjust it.

Hello, I purchased a couch and a chair. I like the couch, nothing fancy, but within the first week a flimsy, metal bar underneath the couch broke. FYI- we don't jump on furniture in our home. A nice service person came out and fixed it. It seems solid now. The chair is an issue. I'm sure they will rectify it as soon as I have time to take the problem into the store. The cushion on the chair which cost around $700 is sewn crooked. It is quite obvious since the piping is larger in one area than the rest. It makes the chair appear far cheaper than what it was. I am disappointed with the quality especially with the price I paid.
