Grand Home FurnishingsReviews of grandhomefurnishings.com

I was in the market for a adjustable bed. Having bought one in VA from Grand Home Furnishing in Roanoke, VA, I was thrilled to learn that there was a Grand Home Furnishing in Johnson City, TN and that they delivered to Blowing Rock, NC where I wanted another adjustable bed. I drove about 1 and 1/2 hours one way to deal with "Grand" once again. I am so thankful that I did. Salesperson PJ and the Bedding Specialist Lady in Grand Home Furnishings in Johnson City, TN worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted and it was delivered the very next day to me in Blowing Rock. I am totally satisfied!!!

In the past six months, I have purchased both a bedroom suit and family room furniture. On both occasions, I found your staff to be pleasant, helpful and patient While I consider my options. Many thanks to your staff and I will certainly recommend your company to my friends and family members.

Love the furniture and the service was great.

Don Ferraro made furnishing our home a pleasure instead of a chore. Grand even worked with us rescheduling delivery around our construction delays. Don gave top notch customer service. We will be back for sure!

Everyone in the store treats you like your business matters. Manager always makes a point to speak to you, most people she can remember by name.

OUR SALESGIRL SHARON BIBB WHO SOLD US THE TWO RECLINERS DID A WONDERFUL JOB. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE DEAL.A GOOD EMPLOYEE NO ( GREAT EMPLOYEE) TELL HER THANKS AGAIN FROM STEWART AND PATTY. SHE IS AT THE WAYNESBORO STORE. STEWART ATKINSON

Was very pleased with the buying experience including the time taken by the sales personnel to show me different options and price ranges. The delivery folks were super nice as well. One of the mattresses had been crushed at some point. I called that evening a new one was delivered the next day. I then received a follow up call the day after that to make sure that I was happy with the corrective action taken. That call mean a lot to show Grand cared that I was taken care of.

We are always treated wonderful and find exactly what we want!!
