Sales people are very friendly, informative and eager to help.

Great sales experience. Awesome customer service after the sale. Will go back to Grand for future furniture needs.

Love the zero gravity and husband no longer has back pain

I always find what I am looking for with Grand.

Raymond was excellent at customer service. He was very knowledgeable about all furniture and sold us two mattress when we were not planning on getting them at Grand. He allowed us time to shop without hovering thus we wanted to buy. Raymond was the key to all our purchases by not pressuring us but was readily available when needed. The delivery was as scheduled and even my new bed was delivered at the same time as the living room set and mattresses. Grand worked hard at making that happen and I am so pleased. The quality of the furniture is great. Thanks so much for the pleasant experience.

Helpful and friendly

I received excellent service from the moment I entered Grand Furniture Store until I picked up the purchase the following week. Joanne Braswell, was extremely helpful in assisting me in my selections and even followed up at a later date to make sure everything went well.

Glad I went to grands
