this is based on ther fact that grand has responded to the issues about my new desk i bought there. i have had a repairman here twice and now am waiting for parts to come in and be installed

ok i qwuess the couch was fine but it took 4 power loves seats to get a good 1 the first 3 the frame under had a broken piece the first 2 had cupholders whic looked like a child cut out they were not trimmed and we thought for a lazy boy this was unacceptable we almost gave up when we finally got a good 1 they brought a replacement out in cpl days cecked it was bad the 3rd anothjer week and 4th & final another week first delivery guys just dropped off didt tell us nothig all the next guys told us everything and even if the power goes out etc,,and the mgr was real helpfull though all this too

Very nice, always very clean. They know what they are selling. They don't hover you. They don't pressure you . Love all the free gifts they give out.The Waynesboro store has the best salespeople. and a better selection than the Charlottesville store. Alot cleaner, more organized.

Beautiful choice in furniture !! They stand by their furniture and make any problems correct in a timely fashion. Only complaint is when some service men deliver, do not properly tighten screws, etc.. Quick in and out. Always make sure furniture is secure before they leave !!

We had a very good sales experience from Ci Ci but there was a slight mix up on delivery when a different agent in our sales person absence forgot to correctly book said delivery date. I give credit to store manager calling my daughter and grand daughter to extend an apology for delay. The purchase was a gift bedroom set for our grand daughter.

Good service. Efficient. Friendly. Slightly pressured atmosphere. Delivery options were a little challenging for a busy family. Customer service and all employees were friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, helpful saleswoman. She went out of her way to assist me. I am happy with my new furniture, and the delivery was prompt, and it arrived with no damage. Overall pleased. I however gave four stars instead of five because while I had immense attention and guidance from a great salesperson, I didn't have the opportunity to walk around and casually browse.

The chair is great, I'm just sorry we bought it from Grands, but Grands had what we wanted when the other stores did not. :/
