Chair quality is poor
Customer service was pleasant and accomodating. Sadly, the 2 burgandy office chair purchased from Grands are both showing signs of seams coming apart and arm rest fabric splitting. These chairs see occasional use once or twice week for an hour at a time. In other words, barely used. Unfortunately, they look travel worn already. Pls. contact me for chair resolution.
