Grand Home FurnishingsReviews of grandhomefurnishings.com

Grateful for Don Ferraro's furniture experience, knowledge & help. We love the quality of furniture we've received thus far! It's created special family moments to enjoy more dinners together & makes our tv room look more expensive at an affordable price. Thank you!

I'll give the short rendition. My wife and I bought a new living room suit. It looked beautiful... After a couple weeks we noticed the cousions wouldn't stay in place. I called the store and wanted an exchange. The new furnature was going to take about a month to get here(very popular design). That put us well over the 30 day promise... I was worried we would put a stain on the couch or something while we waited for the new stuff to arrive. The manager said not to worry, We have a deal. The new stuff got here on time. The exchange was made, and we love our new furnature. These guys get an A+.. Very easy to deal with, very nice furnature, no arguments or hassle, but most important to me. They took care of business, honorably. They have gained a lifetime customer in this family.

I ordered furniture from a different company and it was delayed 4 times. Twice wrong color and twice broken. I got upset with that company ( whom I have shopped with for 25 years ) I remember someone telling me about Grands so I GPS the name and went straight over there from other store. My daughter and I was greeted at the door. We were then given a Coke and popcorn by the salesperson. She gave us her name and said to enjoy the store that she would be happy to answer any questions. She didn't follow us around the store, which I really appreciated. I ended up buying a sectional sofa before I left there. It was delivered in a timely manner. I went back the next week and bought a buffet table. GRANDS is my new store, they now will have all my business. I was impressed. Thank you

I was greeted at the door and was able to request the salesperson needed. She was helpful and had an answer for any question I asked. When I was unsure she offered an opinion without being pushy.

We were able to get what we wanted in the budget we wanted. Service was friendly and not pushy.

We are very pleased with our new mattress and the 2 gentlemen that delivered it were very nice and efficient.

Caring, understanding. Really listen to your wants and needs. Very kind and willing to do whatever they can to make things right and customer happy. Very helpful and pleasant. Love them!!
