Very pleased with the chairs I purchased. The buying experience was very satisfying and delivery was prompt.

The selection of furniture was great as well as the customer service. Everyone was so nice and wiling to help. When our couch & chair was delivered the two delivery employees was very careful with our furniture and was very professional. We love our couch and chair....so comfortable & matches our living room wonderful. Ashley Petersen-Bailey was our sales associate. She was great along with everyone associated with Grand.

We were pleased. We did not like the first chair that was delivered so Grand picked it up and delivered a second that we are happier with. There was no problem! Also, the delivery people are always very nice.

Bought this bed for our daughter. We absolutely love it. It has a little crawl space under it that she loves to play in.

When I find the need to purchase furniture or replace household items, I only consider Grand Furniture. I am treated well, no pressure and given options about the purchase. Grand Furniture stands behind what they sell and additional insurance is available if anyone wants to buy that. The store has so much to choose from that sometimes it is hard to decide just what to buy, so a joy to shop there.

Love my new kitchen island. It has adequate storage and fits wonderfully in our space.
