Grand was great! about our mattress return. We picked out one that was too hard for us to sleep on, it was returned and replaced with no trouble at all. Salesperson and delivery folks were wonderful!

Over the last 10 or 12 years my wife and I have filled our new home (family room, master bedroom {to include an AWESOME Tempur-Pedic mattress} dining room and other areas, home theater, and soon a finished basement. We are so happy with Grand's (Colleen and her staff), we even went back to furnish our renovated volunteer fire station. A+.

We recently purchased a leather couch and love seat from Grand's. It was a pleasure shopping the show room. The employees were very helpful and not pushy at all. We were greeted with a cold glass bottle coke and helped locate what we were in search of. The whole process was quick and easy. We had the furniture delivered the next day. The delivery men were very nice and very respectful of our home. They carefully brought in the furniture and even put felt pads on the bottom of the legs to protect our hardwood floors. I would recommend Grand Home Furnishing to anyone.

Salesman always knows who I am. He is always friendly and polite. He is not pushy but helpful.
