We have waited on 2 cushions to be exchanged for almost a month and a half. Only when we finally called to check on them did we find out that they were never ordered. The mattress we bought had to be exchanged due to a big hump in it. Sure wish I could get some of my money back. Oh well guess it will all be ok.

This experience will very likely eliminate you from any future furniture purchase by me. We shared a competitors price on an item and the manager not only refused to match, he did not counter nor did he even come out of the office to even discuss. I was prepared to move on my offer as we prefer to bundle rather than shop at separate stores. I was so frustrated at his lack of professionalism, I suggested to my wife that we not even buy the item we had already picked out. Nearly lost all of my business that very day. In addition, the staff completing our paperwork was either poorly trained or incompetent. This was worst sales experience I have encountered in many, many years.

Still don't have the correct furniture after two attempts to deliver. In addition, had to keep calling to follow up. Special order is taking extremely long time to deliver...more than 8 weeks!

When we received the mattress and adjustable bed frames the mattress was not in a box as was said it would be and the plastic cover had a big hole in it. We sent in back with the delivery truck. We kept the bed frames but after a few hours we noticed a strong unpleasant odor coming from the frames. We had to end up putting them in the garage because of the smell until they could be picked up. We canceled the order and went to Sears and got what we needed. Also by going to Sears we got the same mattress and bed frames for $1,800.00 less then we were going to pay at Grand.

On Saturday during your Labor Day Sale, my husband and I visited your Kingsport store, we were greeted by a salesperson and given a layout of the store and the location of furniture that we were interested. We looked around and found furniture that we liked and got a price quote for the furniture. We went to other furniture stores and were unable to find anything that we liked more at the price we wanted. On Monday during the Labor Day sale, we returned to the store, spoke with the same salesperson from our previous visit, were given the purchase price including delivery, and went to speak with the finance department to finalize the sale. The salesperson told us that the furniture was on back order and we understood which was not a problem for us. We did not hear anything else about our furniture. Two weeks after the purchase, I called and spoke with our salesperson with a question regarding a 20% discount on one item since we have a John S Battle Green Card. The sales person stated that she would check on it and call me back. We did not receive any courtesy call to let us know that the furniture was still on back order or when it may be delivered or if some of the furniture had arrived and some was still on back order. No call back regarding the discount. No communication at all from the store or our salesperson. Two months later while I was looking through the Sunday paper, I noticed your Pre-Holiday Sale paper and the featured item on the front page of the ad is the living room furniture we ordered. My husband calls and speaks to the customer service department on Monday 11/16/15 and our furniture was delivered on Thursday 11/19/15. I don't understand why we were not contacted if the furniture was in stock. We still have not been contacted by the salesperson to make sure that we were happy with the furniture or the delivery. We recently ordered glasses from a local eye doctor and it was going to take 2 weeks to get her glasses. The glasses were going to take 3 weeks instead of 2 and we received a courtesy call to let us know that it would be an extra week before they were received. It has been almost 3 months since we purchased furniture from your store and we still have not been contacted by our salesperson. I am glad that we get the Sunday paper or we still may not have received our furniture.

Got a bed and financed with Wells Fargo. Tomorrow makes 2 months and I still have not received finance information to make payments. Called store multiple times, they are pinning it on Wells Fargo. Emailed the main website which told me to call the store. Pretty much running around in circles here with no answers. I will be pretty irate if this somehow turns into a late payment for me. I was told I would get the information in 2 weeks time. At this point I would rather be late on other bills and pay off the bed, seems like a perfect scam now that I think about it.
