great customer service, precise delivery & I love my new furniture!!

Every time we came into the store there was someone there to greet us and offer us a drink and popcorn. They asked us what we were looking for and gave us an opportunity to look around then they came to help us with buying what we wanted. There was NEVER any high pressure pitch to buy other then what we came in for. We have furnished almost our whole apartment with your furniture and we can not be any happier with our choices and we have recommended you to others.

The sales lady was great. I love my furniture. It was delivered promptly and the deliverey guys were very kind and curtious.

Delivery was well within the time frame that was given to me. The two guys that brought everything in and set it up were great. They were very careful and made sure I was satisfied that everything was where I wanted it. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had a satisfactory experience in purchasing a nightstand (Kincaid Cherry Park) at Grand Home Furnishings a few days ago (in late January of 2017). The salesperson's helpfulness, my overall shopping experience in the store (located near the Valley View Mall), and the store's arrangement for me to pick up the nightstand (two days after I made the purchase) were all very good.
