This isn’t just my problem—it’s a widespread design flaw that’s being ignored. If Grand Design truly believed in their repairs, they’d offer a longer warranty to back them up. For a unit costing around $130k, the fix should be permanent—or the customer should get a replacement or their money back. I also investigated trading this for a new one. They only gave me $49.000 for my 3 year old RV…that alone says a lot! Unless this is made right, I will be very vocal about my experience. Current and future customers deserve to know exactly what they’re getting into. If Grand Design continues treating people this way, they won’t be around much longer. I would run from this brand and these models. To make matters worse I have been letting people know on their FaceBook sales posts what has happened to myself and others. They have blocked me now…they do not want the truth be known to customers current and future. Very sad! I’ve added pictures for anyone who wants to see the reality for themselves
