The "add ons" after spending thousands on a washer/dryer set were misleading. To simply replace a perfectly good vent hose, they promoted some essential vent kit for an extra $60. Useless and the pitch was misleading. Beware.

Everything was great until about a year after. Bought about 4k of appliances, GE, my sales rep Scott said anytime you have a problem call me I will get it taken care of. I bought extended warranty on all appliances which is another nightmare. Anyway Scott blew me off and said I would have to call the 800# for service repair. Called them which also was a nightmare, they told me first I had to defrost my freezer portion of the frig for 24 hours if that resolves the problem great, well it didn’t, now I have to go through calling this bullshit extended warranty service again. I would not buy a toothpick from grand ever again and never buy an extended warranty waste of money. This was my experience and my opinion. Goodluck hope you have better customer service than I had.

Sales was great! Delivery crew was great! Customer service is terrible. Relying on chat bot was bs. Grand subjects me to computer programs with no clear instructions or tutorial. I am stressed.
