Saw a 160$ credid card charge without my authorization. Called customer service to ask why or how this happened with no luck. Asked for a manager and the lady told me that the manager will say the same thing as she did and just hangup the phone to my face. NOT RECOMMENDED

The Hy Cite company Royal Prestige came with a major sales pitch to my home today They were trying to sell me a very expensive water filtration system. They asked to test my water and I said ok. They tested it against a bottle of purified water. After a few minutes my tap water aws brownish and full of a layer of oxidized iron on top. the purified water was almost clear. They declared this meant tap water was Bad, They need to learn what electrolysis does!! "Electrolysis primarily demonstrates the presence of dissolved minerals and salts in water, not harmful contaminants. Tap water naturally contains minerals like calcium and magnesium, which are essential for human health and are responsible for its ability to conduct electricity. The electrolysis device causes the electrodes, usually made of iron, to corrode (rust) in the presence of these dissolved minerals, resulting in a brown or discolored sludge" And they try ti insist on it. They even told me it was bacteria!!! Do not buy this product from this company. It is twice as much as expensice other products and 3 x as reasonable ones.!!
