I purchased a range, dishwasher and disposal. First I got the runaround on getting the range for over a week. That was resolved finally. Then the dishwasher and disposal were supposed to be delivered and installed. The delivery person showed up and told me he could install the dishwasher but not the disposal because he didn't know how. They don't seem to have any idea when the job can be completed . I have called multiple times and even went back to the store. The sales person told me he couldn't snap his fingers and magically get it done. It's been over 2 weeks and all I have received is dishonesty. They also won't accept responsibility for taking a chunk out of my kitchen door while replacing my dishwasher. I' going to cancel this transaction and get a refund. It's also my opinion they feel it's ok to disrespect women because of the smart a$$ remarks made to me. It's been 2 weeks now. I'm beyond done with this place and their BS. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

We purchased the Miele ventless dryer and washer a few years ago from Grand Appliances in Crystal Lake, IL. Right from the beginning the dryer would stop and beep relentlessly. No matter how much we cleaned the lint trap and the filter it wouldn’t stop beeping and dry. When trying to clean the filter my daughter somehow damaged the coils when she was inserting it. Now that is not what I would call a sturdy machine. Called Grand to help us they made us call a serviceman at our cost of course ($160). Serviceman said it would cost $2400 to fix. I paid $1700 for it so obviously I wasn’t going that route. He did say the moisture sensor was defunct, not surprising. Grand won’t help me and now I’m out $1900 and dryerless. I will never buy another thing from Grand Appliances.

Correction 6 hours into repair; still not done I will never fix this again just replace with another brand after only 7 years JUNK.

Employees smelled badly like Marijuana. Do they not drug test?

The salesperson, Darci, is not going to apologize for the awful experience I had. Grand had plenty of opportunities to do so and I even modeled how to have customer service. Just won't do it. GO TO COSTCO! They have polite customer service. I wonder if they could help Grand

Do NOT buy anything from Sun Prairie Grand Appliance in Wisconsin. We worked with Damon. His installation team damaged our cabinets by splitting the wood and incorrectly wiring the electrical and plumbing. The electrical shorts out every time it's ran and it's been a MONTH since Damon has been able to send the right folks to come look at it. Not the mention that in front of EVERY appliance there is a HUGE black streak from the installation. Damon is quick to take your money, please don't let him as their customer service is literally a 0 stars out of 5. RUN AWAY PLEASE.

I wish I didn’t have to even give them one star. This company rips their customers off. They sell appliances that do not work. They sold me a wash machine that has never worked. The manager refuses to take accountability for this and states that LG has to fix it. The company also treats women poorly. I was told to stop “barking” by one of their male employees when calling and complaining about my wash machine not working. It makes me wonder how poorly they have treated other female customers. Currently my wash machine is shorting out and has to be unplugged. I spoke with the manager and asked to send videos of this and he refused and tried to again redirect me to LG although the appliance came from this business and never worked from day one. I am worried this is a fire hazard putting myself and my family at risk. This is what you risk buying appliances from Grand Appliance. Please don’t do it. Go somewhere that backs up their product.

The worst customer service ever. Avoid this business and save yourself some grief. No communication after the sale. Problem with the range at first use.
