Dum Dum who took my order tells you that it will be ship the same day but the left hand doesn't talk to the right hand therefore it wasn't ship and they don't give a shit. The order was created the next day that if it was and I'm waiting for that and I won't receive it before 2 days. I should have waited to fill their survey to let them know how much of a Mickey Mouse outfit they are

I noticed that Granger had my birthdate 12 years off I guess o they could increase the rates on my auto policy, home policy and my general liability policy I had when I set tile. Hec Hixson out of Parma . I just wouldn’t suggest using them even after catching them in fraudulent activity I still have to argue with them on when I cancelled my policy. Very poor organization.

I had ordered some eye bolts via our online account on 5/14. It said they would be available on 5/16 by 4pm. Perfect, I needed them on Saturday 5/17 - however Grainger is closed on weekends, so I knew we had a small window to work with. I called on 5/16 to check on the status and was told the bolts were on the truck and that I would receive an email as soon as they were offloaded. 4pm came and went. Of course, no update. Grainger closes at 4:30pm, so we had to come up with a different plan. Now it is Tuesday, 5/20 and the bolts are still not available for pick up, as it appears online. I reach out again to Grainger, first via their chat option, and was told (by a rep named Jason) that Grainger does not offer discounts/refunds/credits for missing their "estimated delivery date". I ended up calling because I believe in doing my due diligence and sometimes the sentiment can be lost via text. I spoke with a Jay this time via telephone. Before I could even finish my statement regarding the delay, Jay interjected that the bolts are in fact ready for pick up and have been since yesterday (5/19). I refreshed the order online, which continued to read "processing". I quipped back that the order has not been update online and I hadn't received anything via email, as originally stated. I requested some type of financial relief for the inconvenience. I felt as though the agent was trying to be condescending when he said, "What do you mean financial relief?" to which I clarified I was hoping to receive a discount, whether a credit or partial refund for the inconvenience they caused. "Grainger doesn't do that" he asserted with disgust. Clearly Grainger does not value customer service which is painfully obvious after these interactions. I cancelled the order. I also made mention of the fact that they keep sending us an endless stream of catalogs and mailers. I had requested they stop this months ago and they did tell me that it could take some time for it to stop but I submitted that request just after the new year. It has gotten out of hand. So, I submitted yet another request to stop with the pointless mailers. Here's to hoping it stops now. It seems so wasteful. Who is actually looking at those things? Everything I need to see is online.

Subcontractors beware. Every time we order from Grainger, they guarantee quick delivery or pickup. Then they don't produce. When you show up to pick up your item, it won't be there. Their delivery and pickup times will be several days or weeks later than they promise you. This is not an honest company. They are just trying to make the sale, they don't care when they follow through. Our projects are time critical. We've been burned too many times by Grainger, we are done buying from them.
