Really bad i ordered a pressure switch and it cam missing pieces. And they told me ,I had to pay shipping to send it back. What a bunch of b.s. I will never use grainger again ever. What a joke of a company.

Awful company! Why would I encourage my organization to spend a lot of money for several walk-through detectors when they don't unpack, or setup, or provide any repairs for their products???

Love that they help with reporting to business credit bureaus to help build credit even with small orders.

Our company ordered two wire reel carts from Grainger. The first one showed up missing a small part and looking like it went through World War III. We contacted them and they said to not reutrn it, but just keep it. They sent us two more replacement carts and they were in the same condition - well used. We are dealing with them now.

Through sheer coincidence, the items I ordered were no longer needed just a few hours after I ordered them. A quick email to customer service, and the order was cancelled no problem. Appreciate the good service; will keep them in mind in the future.

Was purchasing an AC drip pan online; when picking up the team member, Ryan, said he wanted to show it to me first as it was bent; said if I didn't like it he would gladly reorder one for me. The first pan was slightly bent, and while speaking with Ryan, another employee said that they had received 3 other ones. He brought them all out so I could choose which one I wanted. Ryan was customer oriented, courteous, and friendly. This was my first time buying from Grainger, but would certainly return due to the customer service alone!

I Recently submitted 1 star review on the company for terrible service. A few days after submitting I called customer service for one last try before cancelling, I was connected with a person who actually knew what to do other than make excuses. She cancelled my entire order, reordered all of the equipment and in two days I had everything. That is the customer service I was used to with Grainger. Not the trash service I received during the prior three weeks Thanks Ms. V. for all of your help

Grainger's poor inventory policies is pathetic!!! Every time I call or order online they do NOT have in stock. Every type of part I need is two, three days out. This is making it difficult to get urgently needed machinery up and running!! Eric
