Please note I gave them 1 star so I could leave a review. I agree with the other reviews on the over pricing. It’s ridiculous. I paid $34.92 for two basic 5x7 photos of my son’s college graduation. I received the photos from the USPS. The envelope was a 5x7 envelope, with the same thickness as a letter size envelope. No cardboard or cardstock…nothing inside protecting the photos. Printed on the outside of the envelope read “PHOTOS - DO NOT BEND”. Almost every edge of the envelope was bent. I pulled the pictures out and they were bent just like the envelope, of course. I was furious! Why does a photography company mail photos without something to protect them? What’s worse was the shipping and handling fee was $9.99!!!! I paid a total of $44.91 for 2 pictures that are bent. They are so unprofessional. It clearly shows they care nothing about their product, their brand, and, most importantly, their customers! I immediately emailed the company and explained the pictures were bent, they were mailed in a thin envelope told them I paid $9.99 for shipping and handling, my pictures should have been mailed in cardboard envelope made for mailing photos. I told them I wanted them replaced, they asked for photos of the damaged pics, and then they emailed me a confirmation once they put them in the replacements in the mail. About a week and half later I received the replacement photos…in the same envelope… with the same “PHOTOS - DO NOT BEND” printed on the front…and the top of the envelope was completely bent. Both photos have a slight bend in them. I have them in a book right now. I’m done. Balfour owns this company and they are allowing this. They need to be shut down!! Do not buy from Balfour®, GradImages®, University Photo®, Gaspard®, ArtCarved®, KeepSake®, or Taylor Publishing Company®.

Really wish that Universities and High Schools would implement some sort of cap on what a horrible company like Gradimages can charge for their images. Trying to charge a family more than $100 for 5 digital images of their child graduating is insane and should be illegal. If schools would quit using them, maybe they would rethink their pricing models.

don't bother, the photos your family will take are 100x better

I received my son’s college graduation photos I recently ordered from GradImages. I was shocked at the poor quality of the photos. My wallet size photos were provided on a flimsy perforated sheet that you had to tear or cut apart. The photo edges look ragged once I tore off the perforated edge. The background images look completely fake, making the whole photo look cheap. Not what we wanted to remember my son’s achievement. And not worth the high price for these. Shame on Gradimages.

Shity company ! No, your random picture isn't worth $100 ! If you are a school please consider choosing a less scammy partner !
