Two photos were supposed to be taken at…
Two photos were supposed to be taken at graduation. They could only find one. I talked with customer service multiple times and they kept saying they were investigating. They would give me the name of someone who would contact me but no one ever did. After 3 months of multiple calls to customer service, I gave up, realizing they must have only taken the one photo, so I ordered that photo to have that memory. The photo is good but the lack of having the 2 photos that were supposed to be taken and their terrible follow up on customer service is worthy of just 2 stars.
