Absolutely terrible. Their billing is ridiculous, they will charge you for sessions even if the tutor doesn't show up or cancels. Another incident I had was a tutor was at our home for a 60 minute math session and she left after 20 minutes without saying a word bc my son had finished his assignment and she said he didn't want to practice more math. She also said she is a tutor and it is not her job to parent, so if I wanted to discuss with my child practing division that was within my right....LOL are you serious?? She was the ADULT and he is the child. She was hired to tutor for an HOUR and left without saying a WORD to my husband, perhaps asking what he was struggling with so they could practice more. Unbelievable treatment and trying to justify just leaving. I PAID FOR AN HOUR. I EXPECT AN HOUR OF TUTORING. To add to the frustration this was her FIRST time meeting our child........We have had several other tutors through them, the first one was young and didn't understand his 7th grade math (she was a college student), so we got a second tutor who was very helpful, but she got another job so this is how we ended up with this RUDE tutor. We have had many cancelations from the prior tutor but have not been refunded for sessions not fulfilled. Its just an overall bad company. I've talked to billing so many times and things never get resolved.

Horrible company. In 1 month, they were able to find only one teacher for child. The teacher made an appointment with me to come to my home then never showed up. When I contacted the potential teacher, she ghosted me. When I contacted manager of client relations who found the teacher for me, she did not respond. They were more interested in returning my funding than actually finding a teacher for my child. Useless company including their partnership account executive. What's sad is trust pilot made me remove the names of the individuals I was mentioning. Better to safeguard those doing wrong rather than expose them right Trust pilot?

I’ve never seen such IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE!!! On the first scheduled day, last week, the tutor got “a flat tire”…She was a no call-no show on the second day. They sent me a different tutor who allegedly had car trouble on Monday (7/6/2026), again on Tuesday, and was a no call-no show on Wednesday!! But the Agency was quick to bill me for the full two weeks. Appalling- DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the current tutoring sessions for my 6th-grade student. It appears that the tutoring does not adequately prepare the student for the CAASPP State Testing. Specifically, the student was given a calculator to use, and there seems to be a lack of familiarity with the 6th-grade math curriculum requirements. Could you please look into this to ensure the support aligns with the state testing standards and the specific grade-level material?

Carlos(he calls himself Dany) was irresponsible in tutoring and complained a lot about teaching my son who has learning problem. Not on time and sometimes no show. When I complained to his supervisor Amy, she ignored me and did not call to resolve the problem.

Tried for over two months to get a Tutor. The first Tutor came and told us that she wasn't sure why they put her on Lily's case because English is her third language. lol. She was nice so we were going to try it. Comes time for her actual session and the tutor had to cancel right before first session due to sickness. Company didnt have backup. I Requested new tutor. Took 2 weeks , got tutor scheduled. Meanwhile they lied to their worker and said I didn't like her! I was appalled. NO my daughter needs tutoring I don't have time to wait for bronchitis . New tutor - 1 day before scheduled session tutor tells me it don't work for her no more with her schedule. Requested new tutor- still waiting 3 weeks later . They have no problem taking your money but will give u the loopty loop to actually get a session. Tutor hero and grade point tutoring is the same company! Don't be fooled! Get your kid better help like I wish I had!

If there were more positive involvement or any involvement with Corporate and Administrative Personnel ( regarding consistency of tutors from poor managerial relations with tutors and less payment issues with tutors and no problem solving skills with Customer Service Personnel ) - Grade Potential Tutorial Agency would be .. a more solidified organization ! They have a ONE WAY CONTRACT -- which ( only ) benefits the UPPER LEVEL PERSONNEL of the AGENCY ! TOO MANY PROBLEMS in the company and cannot be resolved - overnight. In the meantime - the students and family members and tutors suffer (-throughout ) !
