Providing a verity of jewelry goods and all

It’s been 21 days since I’ve placed my order and on the website it says 10-15 days for fulfillment. I’ve had no follow up except for when I’ve personally reached out and I’ve yet to have an update. Yet I’ve financed it and have already had to make a payment without yet receiving the merchandise. I feel as though the communication is poor and fulfillment times should be more forthcoming and honest. I’ve gotten a few emails to rate and review my experience but I don’t yet have the product still to be able to actually review the product itself. This was for a birthday for my wife and it’s going to be missed now. Better communication is all one can hope for. When I finally receive the product I will submit a review on it.

Grace Von is very easy to finance with and makes a great quality engagement ring! Would highly recommend.

The earrings matched the necklace perfectly

The personalized bracelet I got my wife for Mother’s Day is beautiful she loves it.

I am so happy to have discovered Grace Von! I have discerning tastes and prefer unique items as opposed to mass produced. I have been wanting a particular item for some time and was able to have it created by Grace Von and obtain easy financing. My piece is beyond beautiful and made a long awaited dream come true!
