Worst customer service,worst shopping…
Worst customer service,worst shopping experience. Placed an order on December 14th on credit through lendfirm I still have not received my order still have not received any correspondence from Grace Von but now I have a negative on my credit score,I wouldn't do business with this place again if my life depends on it, I believe it is a scam.

Very bad service this place offered
Very bad service this place offered, I didn't get my order it was canceled. I was going back in forth with them for about month and at the end the order was canceled.

My order was canceled
My order was canceled. It never even arrived and I wasn't given any info about it other than my order was canceled. After calling around for several days someone told me that my order was canceled due to me not paying my loan payment. I didn't pay the loan payment because I never received the ring or any info about it .
