I didn’t receive my ring so I didn’t pay for it

Ring is beautiful! Everything I expected! And more

Timing was fine but I could not update order or return or exchange.

I ordered a necklace and bracelet for myself. I had to give it to my 5 year old granddaughter cause it was too small for me

My fiancé loves it

Worst experience ever. No help whatsoever. Was lied to. Was told that it would ship by a certain day/date, which didn’t happen-it was three weeks later. Was told and promised that to make up for the bad experience that they would give some extra goodies with my item that I ordered but yet nothing was sent in addition to my order as promised Something that should have taken 15days took well over 45 days I would stay away and not do anything whatsoever ever with this company
