This is a company that expedites visa applications. It’s a very fast service for not an enormous cost. I used them accidentally because their website is set up to look very like the official one and I didn’t realise until too late that i was dealing with an agent. Then I was very worried I’d been scammed but it’s not a scam, it’s just a clever business that looks very like the official government site. If you have an uncomplicated and non urgent ESTA application like me, then it’s a waste of money and you’ll get your visa cheaper by going direct to the official site. But if your application is more complicated then I’d imagine you would find this service very good and useful. They do what they say. My only concern is how long they hold copies of all my documents. I have emailed them to ask them to destroy them but have not heard back yet.

Not happy that they have charged me $140.00 aust then ive also had to pay $33aust to esta on top So essentially you have charged 140$ to submit a form i filled out when i could have just gone to the Government site direct especially since i had to pay them separately on top. Bit of a scam dont you think. Dont use a third party web site. Just go to the official site.

User friendly only annoying area was having to go back every calendar month and year to enter my DOB (I was completing my application on iPhone) but other then that straight forward process
