Government AuctionReviews of governmentauction.com

Please note that every 5* review is “organic” and never “verified” Look across different sites and notice how there are about 75% gushing reviews about the customer service, and 25% 1*, people who have seem to feel like they have been scammed, and they can’t get ahold of anyone at the company. Compare that to other businesses, usually there is way more in the middle. Also: Read the fine print. Unfortunately for them, this disclaimer has a fatal flaw. I’ll leave them guessing for now. “GovernmentAuction.com does its best to describe all items accurately. Muy buena me pareció excelente

I have been down on my luck financially and I've made some purchases i would've otherwise been crazy of thinking I can attain, I am currently waiting for them to arrive but so far the only complaint I can think of is the menu on the web is a little messy but very easy to get the hang of and when you do, the experience is without flaw and overall just fun.

The customer service with this company is excellent, Sylvia helped me with all my questions and concerns. Keep up the great work

7 stars , prefect . credits goes to Sylvia ( customer support) and other team members, just perfect,..

Mrs. Slyvia is an excellent example of an All Star Customer Service Representative. I contacted her seeking assistance to lessen and simplify the shipping of my products. Mrs. Sylvia, listened, contacted the appropriate people to assist with my request and completed all the necessary paperwork. Her timeliness is appreciated and shows her true desire to help. Thank you.
