I called government auction today and was helped by Yolanda. I am visiting away from home and do not have easy access to the internet. Yolanda went above and beyond by snipping images and texting them to me and providing me with comprehensive information. She allowed me to ask my questions and responded succinctly, explaining details of each of the three accounts I have with government auction. She was professional, kind, respectful, and comprehensive. Way to go Yolanda!

I am a satisfied customer. I had some help from Yolanda and team from A to Z. I am more than happy to have found this site. Between you and I, do not tell everyone as it is a special place 😜. Thanks

Yolanda is awesome! Without going into to much detail, My partners and I needed to rearrange some assets due to our investing strategy changing. We came to Yolanda with our situation. She made a suggestion. We made an offer and they excepted it. Everyone won. Due to contract restraints, she absolutely did not have to work with us but down to earth, open minded, understanding people are what Government Auctions is all about. Thank you Yolanda and you team!

They took $30 for me for absolutely no reason and it was not authorized. In fact once I started looking around the site it looked shady and I uninstalled it however I'm still being charged that $30

Deborah - unfortunately, I think you have us confused with another company (one that also advertises themselves a a "Government Auction" site and where a $30 dollar bill to the client is typically the first step in setting up an account). This is not our company. We focus on Land Sales and don't have any one-time $30 dollar bills or charges that have gone out to ANY client in the past year. We would appreciate it if you reviewed this on your end, and cancelled this 1 Star review - as we are not the same company - Respectfully - the Customer Service Team

The customer support representative provided step by step print screens to help me work through a problem. She responded to my problem the same day. She verified the trouble shooting would be successful. Very much appreciated.
