My order had an issue with the USB port. I was highly upset bc I thought I fixed it, but ultimately the USB port (and cord) never allowed me to charge my new battery. I thought I wasted my money and reached out to customer service in extreme frustration... The best part of this story is that customer service was some of the best customer service I have EVER experienced lol Very humbling. Thanks again!!

My brother suggested I buy this brand because he loves his! I haven’t used mine yet, but their customer service is awesome! My package came damaged; it was torn at the top, and the vape had fallen out...they sent me a new one right away though! Thanks!!

I recieved an exxus dues for Christmas last year, it's been great. I bought another in October. It stopped charging today. I contacted customer support, they watched a video of the defective product, and they're mailing me out a replacement this week. Great customer service, and company.
