I ordered a sapphire plus insert and while checking the tracking i seen it had been delivered back to where the shipping label had been created ( got vape ) im in the uk so ive know idea how it has been delivered back to themselves , i have emailed them 3 times to try to rectify my issue but have had no email back from them, awful customer service , i am going to have to contact the bank for a refund, i have used got vape before and had no issues but i wont be buying off them again

Do not order anything from them, especially anything made by Exxus. Mine fell apart after less than 12 hours, and it was excruciating trying to get them to replace it. Then they wanted to charge me more money for “shipping “. No, thank you. BTW that is called manners.

Got Vape does not stand behind products they sell. My dreams went up in smoke when my evolve stopped working after 1 month. My experience getting this replaced has been very unpleasant. My attempt to get a replacement device from Got Vape isnt working.my retailer told me to contact yocan but ucan say contact got vape Feeling ripped off.

First battery lasted years purchased second battery didn’t work at all called and they replaced it great service and Leslie is top notch

My Got Vape Experience was Awesome!!! Now I have had lots of Wulf batteries that have always been great! But, I had a defective battery, contacted Lesslie at Got Vape and she totally took care of me! I will only buy their products from now on. I’m one happy customer!

I had an issue with my purchase and I called customer service and Leslie couldn’t have been more awesome. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. She listened to me, helped me through troubleshooting then she told me what she needed from me and we got it all done in a matter of minutes and my replacement was on its way to me. I really appreciate polite quick customer service, thank you.
