Frustrated
The connection from China was great when first signed up and for the last few months it was impossible to stay connect for more than 30 minutes.

It would be better if it didn't disconnect all the time
The product worked ok, but kept disconnecting. Also, you charged my credit card when I was on a 30 day trial, which is not even up yet. I expect to be refunded for that amount.

Great VPN Service
Tend to use GoTrusted via VPN (just connecting directly doesn't always work for me) - and VPN works well and fast 99% of the time. Occasionally - and typically after over 24 hours of continuous connection - it 'stops' and asks me to reconnect. Reconnection usually fails unless I wait for about 10 minutes first before I try.

China Great Fire Wall stronger than Gotrust
since end of December 2014 China upgraded the firewall and made it harder for VPN to stay online. Gotrust failed most of the Time and I had to manually changed the the server position. I was feeling like in old times World Wide Waiting. Switched to Astrill and have now an uninterrupted Service.

Experience in China
Easy to use on phone, but speed still affected by rush time, but overall it's good and steady.

Sorry, but it did not work
I just returned from China and sadly, GoTrusted never worked. It refused to initialize, no matter what I did. I wish I could have said something better.

Unstable
I am based in China (Shanghai) and used the VPN to bypass the chinese firewall and censorship. I found most of the time the connection unstable, lasting few minutes and frequently disconnecting, in several days it was no possible to connect at all. Speed also quite slow even if on most days usable, this was not my major issue. I have used your service for long time but situation got worse and worse during last 6 months and so I have decided to stop it.
