This site is legit! I would recommend it!
Excellent! I have to admit that I was not sure if this page was legit or if it was a scam. But I needed to transcript two interviews ASAP so I just trusted my gut and I was not disappointed. The accuracy of the transcript was really good even with one of my interviews that was done in a noisy public area. Thanks so much!!!! (gotranscript, you should allow facebook reviews for credibility, I really hesitated to use the site because you only have reviews in trust pilot and glass door)

This service is so good and fast.
I rang typing services for 5 days trying to get someone to transcribe a recording of a meeting with no luck. One of my staff found this service on the net. I am impressed and the price was very good. Thank you. Ross

Super fast and excellent transcription in Spanish
I had selected a 5-6 day turn around but got my transcript within one day from submission. I had transcribed part of the audio myself and compared my transcript to the to the one I received from GoTranscript and they are identical. They did an excellent job and will definitively use their services again.

I can't live without anymore!
How could I spend weeks creating transcripts and captions for my documentary signmycar.org while GoTranscript could do it for me at a reasonable price, better and faster than I? I think I can not longer live without GoTranscript!

Great service - Big time saver on tedious work
Fantastic service. This saves me so much time. They are very quick on .srt delivery as well. I have only used the caption service - it's good. The only thing I wish was better - is if they had made a text field where I could submit keywords that are specific to the subject I talk about. So some words such as "front lever" have been spelled "front leverage" since for the uninitiated who know very little about calisthenics are unfamiliar with the term. And since I speak energetically and fast I guess it's hard to catch. I think you guys should make a keyword field that I could fill in, in order to get everything right. Then I would give you 5 stars. Also, the chat service on the website is awesome! Very helpsome! Other than that it's all good and I can live with the small misses and it's totally worth it for me.
