Excellent work. Obviously there are a few mistakes due to the transcribers not knowing context and audio quality, but its extremely impressive just how accurate they are, and there is a great tool provided which allows you to easily make corrections.

I had 8 Ukrainian-English translations which required transcripts. This work was for an international documentary to be broadcast all around the world. I was quoted a week and ask to pay upfront. It then took over a month to receive all files. The communication with the management was poor and they were often rude and blunt. My final files had clearly had a translator put the documents through google translate. The quality, timing and customer service all were terrible and I'd highly recommend any professionals to steer clear of this company.

The eight English/Spanish interviews that I needed for my research project on immigration were really good on both languages. Had one in Brazilian Portuguese as well that was also a job well done.

Used this company to translate some Civil Service documents written in Romanian to English. They did a great job with a fast turnaround at a fair price. I will only use this company in the future for my translation needs.
