We love GoTranscript. They make what could be an arduous task simple. We need both English and French captions/subtitles and GoTranscript is always fast and accurate. TRUST ME
TRUST ME! DONT USE THEM! I am going through the transcript that they do! the timing is manifestly inaccurate! there is about 30 seconds of time difference! IT IS TERRIBLE! I REGRETTED ASKING THEM TO DO IT! OMG! I SWEAR TO GOD! WORST JOBBBBB EVER!

Great, Fast and Accurate Service
We have had several documents translated from English to Spanish. Each one has had very few mistakes and with a fast turn around. This service is half the price or more of their competitors. Any issues we have ever had we have had fast response from customer service.

Inaccurate transcript - Projects are outsourced to non-English native speaker
Inaccurate transcript. Upon checking their website, most of the projects are outsourced to transcribers from third world countries in Asia who are not native speaker of English. I sent them a challenging audio and got poor quality.
