This is a scam.
In order to keep working for them, you need an average of 3.6 (from 1 to 5). I got rated with a 3 (terrible audio quality), a 4, and a 4. That's 3.66 last time I checked. They removed me and never paid what I earned... Audio quality is terrible, and you'll probably hurt your ears. Pay is terrible. Audios last for 10 minutes (this translates into a couple of hours of work in order to comply with all the transcription guidelines), so you're stuck with terrible audio quality for a long time and you can't pause it. People complain about their transcript quality and transcribers complain about the pay.

The worst service ever
The worst service ever! I have given them work and I have kept coming back to them because it is honestly inexpensive, but you pay to have your transcript done in 3 days and they give it to you in 5. If you push, the owner or main guy, Peter Trebek tells you that they can't do it verbatim, that they can do a clean copy. Okay, fine. Then the copy is crap! There is so much stuff missing from the transcript. Then they told me to specify in the notes when I had other languages. I did exactly as they told me, and it worked for a while, not without delays and them not being able to handle the work, but then I send them a longer file and this Peter guy now tells me I have to pay extra. I followed the instructions HE and his team gave me and now, because this file is a little longer, now I have to pay extra. I fought it of course, and he said "Fine, we'll do it but next time you'll have to pay extra." Okay, FINE! Then I review the transcript and it's pure crap! So much stuff missing. This company does not have a clue what they're doing and they cannot handle the work they have. I am pretty sure the good reviews they have are fake. This Peter Trebek guy has no customer service skills. I will NEVER send them work again, but of course, I am sure they will be relieved because they don't know what they're doing and they cannot handle it. They get one star because I cannot give them any less than that. But even one star is way too much.
