Gotranscript is one of the biggest scams. They let you transcript an audio file, then they rate it low so they don`t have to pay you! Stay away guys!

It's an opportunity to put in practice your mother and second language while making extra money. In a day as a Spanish transcriber, I made 3,50$ for 3 transcriptions. I like the vibe of the website, even though it can be difficult to go through it sometimes.

Llevo varios meses trabajando en GoTranscript y no me puedo quejar. Ya he recibido varios pagos a tiempo, bastante rápido, además, creo que la paga asignada para cada trabajo es justa. Por otro lado, me he dado cuenta de que no solo estoy recibiendo un pequeño ingreso extra, sino que también aprendo algo nuevo de cada audio que transcribo, porque el contenido de cada uno es diferente. Agradezco formar parte del equipo de GoTranscript, es una compañía que de verdad se compromete con sus clientes y sus trabajadores.

Had several hours of research interviews to be translated and they did a great job. I selected '5 days or less' as my time requirement and all transcripts were still back within 1 day of putting the order in. Obviously still have to review the results and they won't be perfect but I'd say mine were about 95% accurate. There were no hidden costs and it was easy to place the order, retrieve my transcripts as well as an invoice to submit my expenses. Overall great experience!
