Excellent organization of the trip, everything worked smoothly. All the tours were punctual and the guides were great. The only not so good tour was the tour of Lima which was too short.

We had an amazing experience planning our trip to Argentina and Chile with GOTOLATAM. The preparation was truly tailor-made to our preferences and needs, which made all the difference. The team at the agency was incredibly responsive, always ready to assist us promptly with any questions or adjustments. During our travels, every reservation was perfectly arranged on time, giving us a great sense of confidence and peace of mind throughout the journey. We highly recommend GOTOLATAM for anyone looking for personalized and reliable travel planning in South America! Special thanks to Melissa CANDIA for the perfect & flexible travel itinerary.

We travelled with GoToLatam, and overall it was very well organized and they helped us to see more than we could on our own. Their process is that they help prepare an itinerary, and then upon arrival a new team assists with that itinerary. I would caution to check carefully that each hotel that's chosen is what was requested (including whether you want a view, etc) and that you double check that you are getting the type of tour you want. Angie was very responsive, and the team works hard to make sure that you have something fun to do every day. I see that the company is associated with Peru, but we travelled in Argentina and Uruguay and that went well too. It's a bit expensive, but you do get individualized service.

I booked a tour package through GoToLatam travel agency for my visit to Machu Picchu, Peru, Chile and Argentina including Patagonia area and I must say, this company is one of the best that I experienced. I decided this trip hastily and booked my ticket to Lima from Singapore, then I contacted GoToLatam and Paul from there arranged my detail itinerary very nicely within the date constraints I had. During the trip, the support group led by Afdel sent me daily messages about next day’s itinerary that was helpful. The package cost was reasonable considering the type of hotels provided and several private transfers. My total trip was a great experience mainly due to continuous support during the trip, excellent pickup and drop off staffs, excellent guides and reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and relatives. Partha Basu. Singapore.

We are a family of five, and booked a 15 days journey including Peru and Amazonia. It was a wonderfull experience. Everything was well organised, and we had all the excursions in private wich improves the experience a lot. All the guides were very good, and the team was always there to support us in any doubt. Our oldest sun made 22 years old during this vacations, an they also helped us booking a nice restaurant and at the end of the meal, all the employes of the restaurant came to sing the birthday song to my sun, with a desert offered by the restaurant. It was really a great experience, everything was great, and made this vacation really nice and smooth. I trully recomend,GoLatam to everyone.

We were handheld all the way for our 25 days. Very professional and personalised also. Makes travelling in the countries where we dont speak Spanish or Portuguese seamless. Dayana is exceptional. A very helpful and responsible coordinator.

My partner and I had the best 45 days adventure. Our total experience was truly amazing. We both totally recommend GOTOLATAM... From start to finish, GOTOLATAM had organised everything. Even the smallest of details was not overlooked. They also kept us well informed each day. Nothing was to big or small for them to handle.

We booked the 21-day Brazil-Argentina-Peru package from GOTOLATAM, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny. This was easily one of the best tours I have taken (and I travel frequently). They’re very flexible and transparent. At the beginning, there were a few minor issues, but the team quickly resolved them. Overall, Enzo and the team did an excellent job with all the arrangements - from the hotels, food, guides, drivers, vehicles, to activities. Everything was well organized! Highly recommended, and I will definitely book with them again in the future.
